How do I know which program is right for me?

If you're launching or just starting your solo practice, Aspiring is your program. If you already have a group practice with 2+ clinicians and are within your first 5 years, Group Practice Power Up is for you. Still unsure? Book a free call and we'll figure it out together.

How many people are in each group?

Both programs are capped at 8 participants. This is intentional. Small groups mean more airtime for you, deeper relationships with your peers, and coaching that actually addresses your specific situation.

Are sessions recorded?

Aspiring sessions are not recorded. The live, interactive nature is intentional. Group Practice Power Up sessions are all recorded and delivered via a private podcast feed.

When is Aspiring offered?

Twice a year: January–April and September–November.

Can I talk to Kathy before joining?

Absolutely. You can schedule a video chat to discuss whether either program is the right fit for where you are right now.
