About Me

I am the founder of HERO Counseling Center, a thriving group practice located in Ridgewood, NJ. Owning my own practice was my dream since graduate school. While in graduate school I ran operations for a successful business and this is where I gained much of my knowledge to run my practice. While I greatly value the education I received I didn’t feel prepared to own my own business. Now, I specialize in coaching therapists who want to expand their services or practices to build profitable group practices. I'm on a mission to share my expertise and guide therapists on their own journey of launching a successful practice.

Aspiring Practice Owner Collective

Coaching Groups for aspiring clinical entrepreneurs ready to take the leap into launching their own private practice! As your guide, I'll walk you through every step of the process, providing the answers and support you need to confidently embark on this exciting journey.

This program is ideal for clinicians who are eager to open their own practice but feel uncertain about where to begin. It's for those seeking that extra boost of motivation and confidence to turn their practice dreams into reality. Whether you're on the brink of launching, simply preparing for the future, or you just started your practice, this program is designed to meet you where you are.

What to expect?

Our virtual group meets every two weeks for engaging 75-minute sessions, totaling six sessions in all. In this supportive space, you'll receive the guidance and encouragement necessary to achieve your goals and build the practice you've always envisioned.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision provided by a Certified Clinical Social Worker for clinicians looking to obtain clinical licensure in the state of NJ.

Who is this perfect for?

A provisionally licensed clinician who is looking for a certified clinical social worker to provide holistic and culturally sensitive clinical supervision. Quality supervision is essential for the growth and development of a clinician.

What to expect?

Weekly one-hour meetings as required by the board. Sessions will cover case conceptualization, treatment planning, skill building, and ethical decision making. All sessions are via zoom.

What is the investment?

$145 per session
