Hey, I’m Kathy—your coach, here to help you build a practice that feels right for you, with confidence and ease

When I first started my private practice, I felt like I was juggling everything at once: client care, endless to-do lists, and the pressure to “figure out” how to run a business on my own. Like many therapists, I wasn’t taught anything about hiring, marketing, or managing a practice in school.

Thankfully, I had 10 years of experience working behind the scenes in business operations and nonprofit management. I helped a company grow its team and expand to multiple locations, turning it into a multi-million-dollar business. In the nonprofit world, I focused on creating sustainable systems, building supportive teams, and ensuring services could grow without burning anyone out.
